HAKATAYA does not itself provide services that Japanese law reserves for licensed professionals, such as those of lawyers, Tax Accountants (Zeirishi), Judicial Scriveners (Shiho-shoshi), Administrative Scriveners (Gyoseishoshi), and Labor and Social Security Attorneys (Sharoushi). Such services are provided by independent licensed partner professionals under their own engagements with clients.
