Accounting & Bookkeeping
Monthly bookkeeping, cloud accounting setup, monthly closing, and English financial summaries, handled by our founder (15 years in accounting) together with our accounting team. Clear, up-to-date numbers that lenders and immigration will trust.
Tax returns: prepared and filed by our partner Certified Tax Accountant (Zeirishi)
Fee: from ¥100,000 / month, depending on revenue and transaction volume
Company Setup (KK / GK)
Advice on choosing between a KK and a GK, capital structure, and preparing the information and documents for incorporation, explained in English.
Company registration: filed by our partner Judicial Scrivener (Shiho-shoshi)

Corporate Bank Account
Preparation of your business explanation and supporting documents to meet Japanese banks' screening requirements, plus guidance through the application.

Office Search & Lease Support
Help finding an office or shop that fits your business and visa requirements, and review of lease terms and guarantor conditions. Our founder is a licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Takuchi Tatemono Torihiki Shi).

Payroll & Social Insurance
Setting up payroll, employee social insurance, and pension enrollment when you hire your first staff.
Social insurance and labor filings: handled by our partner Labor and Social Security Attorney (Sharoushi)

Visas for Founders & Staff
Business plan and financial documents for Business Manager visa applications and renewals, including the professional business plan review required under the 2025 rules.

All fees are quoted in writing before any work begins. Fees for partner professionals are included in your quote, with no hidden charges.

When a task legally requires a licensed professional, such as a tax return, company registration, visa application, or social insurance filing, we coordinate it with our partner Zeirishi, Shiho-shoshi, Gyoseishoshi, or Sharoushi, and keep you updated in English.
